SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Peace Flower Accessories. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Returns Policy.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship everywhere in the Canada and United States, as well as a handful of international countries. Countries we ship to include Australia, Columbia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Singapore, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.

For all other countries not listed above, shipping requests must be reviewed on a case by case basis. If you are located in a country not listed above and would like to purchase our products, please reach out to peaceflower.accessories@gmail.com BEFORE you place an order with your shipping address and the list of products you would like to purchase. We will get back to you within 1-3 business days on whether we can fulfill your order in compliance with applicable regulations.

SHIPPING COST

For shipping within Canada and to the United States, we offer standard (Up to 7 days) and priority (1-3 days) shipping through Canada Post. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost. For select products (that are light and small), we also offer the Lettermail option for free. Please not that tracking information and delivery confirmation is not available for the Lettermail option. 

For international shipping (excluding United States), we offer standard (6 -12+ days), express (4 – 7 days) and priority (1 – 3 days) shipping through Canada Post. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost. 

Final shipping rates and estimated shipping time for the available shipping options will be available to you at Checkout. The shipping options available to you, with their respective cost and estimated shipping time, are based on competitive rates that we have negotiated with Canada Post and does not include any other hidden charges. Standard domestic shipping for small items (<500g) will ranges between $10 – $17.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders to be shipped are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES 

Please reach out to us immediately if you received your products in less than perfect condition, we will assist you in the best way we can. You can reach us at peaceflower.accessories@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods when you contact us. 

RETURNS

All sales are final. Returns may be accepted if it is related to a quality concern. Requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis. To complete your return, please contact us at peaceflower.accessories@gmail.com, we would love to assist you!
